This process includes the creation and management of portfolios, liability management, and maximizing tax efficiencies with a specific emphasis on a lifetime, retirement income stream.
Frank has built his practice working with individuals and businesses to define and achieve their financial goals. He recognizes that his ultimate responsibility is to his clients and helps them build a solid foundation on which they can make financial decisions with confidence. Frank takes a very personal and hands on role with each of client's needs . The financial strategies developed are then effectively implemented, monitored and managed. He works with businesses and individuals through every step of the financial process from cash management to succession plans. Frank believes relationships are built on trust.
Frank is a graduate of Southeast Missouri University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance. He is a Personal Investment Advisor Portfolio Manager, and has attended the Wharton School for Investment Consultants Program. He is the co-founder, past President, and current Board member of the Institute for Educational Achievement (a school for children with autism). Frank has worked with Habitat for Humanity and Center for Food Action. He also owns a bed and breakfast in Bennington, Vermont. Frank enjoys sports of any kind, carpentry and building things, but most of all, spending time with his wife, Diane, and their two daughters, Kate and Susan.
