Fox Wealth Management, Located in Charlotte, NC includes Financial Advisor Kent Fox and Senior Client Associate Kathleen Deminski. Kent and Kathleen have a combined 25 years with Merrill Lynch.

Group Bios:


Kent graduated first in his department from Penn State University with a BS in Administration of Justice and a minor in Economics. He has worked for Merrill Lynch since 1998 and recently passed the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselorsm Course (CRPC®) administered by the College for Financial Planning®. Additionally, Kent has passed the assessment in the firm’s Personal Investment Advisory (PIA™)Program. Kent’s responsibilities will include; Developing Wealth Planning Strategies, Tax Minimization Strategies , Retirement Account Analysis And Distribution, Business Financial Services and Lending. Prior to attending Penn State, Kent spent three-and-a-half years in the U.S Army where he attended the U.S. Army Ranger Leadership School and served six months in Somalia during Operation Restore Hope. While in the Army, he received the following medals and achievements; Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Expert Infantryman’s Badge, and Distinguished Honor Graduate of Air Assault School. Kent currently lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife Denise and their three children, Mason, Jules and Brielle.

Kathleen earned her Associates Degrees in Applied Science-Chemical Technology and Mechanical Engineering from Middlesex County College in Edison, New Jersey. She began her career as a research technician for Colgate-Palmolive, NJ before moving on to CAD Designer at ARCNET, NJ. Kathleen’s career in Communications Design and construction continued at AeroComm, NJ and Barnes Wentworth Inc. NY. Kathleen relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where she joined Merrill Lynch. As a Registered Senior Associate, Kathleen's contributions will include all aspects of client service, building client relationships, and account maintenance. Recently passing the Series 7 and Series 66 exams, Kathleen will now be placing client trades as well. Kathleen and her husband Kerry have two children, Joshua and Jourdain.
