He is a special consultant on a book for attorneys titled, Special Needs Trusts: Planning, Drafting, and Administration through the California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB). He also is a special consultant on a book for consumers titled, Administering the California Special Needs Trust: A Guide for Assisting a Person with a Disability as Trustee of a Special Needs Trust.
Scott MacDonald is a Senior Vice President and holds a Certified Special Needs Advisor designation. He has over 24 years experience with Merrill Lynch. He is a special consultant on a book for attorneys titled, Special Needs Trusts: Planning, Drafting, and Administration through the California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB). He has lectured extensively for various Bar and Consumer Attorney Associations, the Special Needs Alliance, the National Guardianship Association and the Professional Fiduciary Association of California.
John "Mark" Stevens Jr is a Senior Registered Client Associate and Notary. He has been with Merrill Lynch for more than 25 years. John goes by his middle name "Mark". Mark is responsible for client administration and servicing for our group.
Kristie Homen is a Client Associate. She has only been working with our group for a short period of time, but has made significant contributions in the day-to-day operations of our group.
