Our core business is helping you manage your financial life, and it's our relationship with you that serves as a platform for that effort. We incorporate your goals and objectives—your concerns and needs—into an individualized, long-term wealth strategy.

We assemble investment portfolios in a disciplined, methodical way. We aren't inclined to seek high, unsustainable returns in any investment category.

We have a specially qualified financial advisor on the team, Bradley Bruce, who not only can offer discretionary portfolio management — when clients grant him that authority — through the Merrill Lynch Personal Investment Advisory® (PIA) Program, but can also use other investment platforms, such as mutual funds, ETFs or outside managers, that may be appropriate.

The PIA Program provides the opportunity to build and manage independent proprietary portfolios in accordance with client goals, investment experience, liquidity needs, investment objectives, time horizon and risk tolerance. The program is designed to help eliminate the need for client involvement in day-to-day investment decisions.

After receiving a degree in Business Administration from The University of Arkansas, Brad began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1988. His initial focus was on advising high-net-worth individuals and families, but his practice has expanded to advising businesses, foundations, trusts and ERISA programs in the areas of asset management, succession planning and liability management.

Brad holds a Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) designation from the Investment Management Consultants Association. He has also earned a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning.

Since 2000, Brad has represented Merrill Lynch as a qualified advisor to the Dallas/Fort Worth area's large market ERISA pension programs. In addition, Brad has been the Resident Director of the Merrill Lynch West Fort Worth office since 2006. In 2010, 2012 and 2013, he was recognized by Barron's as one of America's Top 1,000 Advisors. He is licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in Texas and also holds Series 7, 9, 10, 31, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations.

Brad is active in his community, supporting Cook Children's Charities and University Little League. He coaches baseball, basketball and soccer, and plays golf in his spare time. He and his wife, Lori, are very active at the Fort Worth Country Day School with their three young children.

Tricia offers consultative financial strategies to clients, with concentrations among physicians, business owners and women. She has been at Merrill Lynch since 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including a decade of private banking experience. She is focused on helping individuals and families through major financial transitions in their lives. She is licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in Texas and holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations.

In addition to her successful career, Tricia has made an impact on people's lives with her dedicated volunteer efforts in the Fort Worth community. She is active in various organizations, having served on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House and the Samaritan House and currently serving as board president of The Parenting Center of Tarrant County.

Tricia enjoys providing insight into building a successful business through speaking to various Fort Worth area groups. She frequently teaches the next generation of business leaders as a guest lecturer at the Neeley School of Business and the Women's Studies program at Texas Christian University. Tricia also speaks to investment clubs in and around Tarrant County.

Of all of her achievements and honors, Tricia is most proud of her family, including her husband and their five kids.

April, a Fort Worth native, graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, and began her career with Merrill Lynch as an intern in 1995. She holds the Certified Special Needs Advisor (CSNA) designation, which is an internal Merrill Lynch self-study curriculum based on a variety of wealth management topics and a course exam. She also holds Series 7, 31, 63 and 66 FINRA registrations.

A leading presence in the office, April is responsible for all areas of client service and office logistics. She has a "can-do" attitude and has served on the Merrill Lynch Client Associates Board of Directors for many years. April has been recognized by Merrill Lynch for her superior client service on a number of occasions. April and her husband, Patrick, live with their three children in Fort Worth.

Andy joined Merrill Lynch in 2013 after spending four years as a corporate financial analyst. He performs fund analysis, assists in trades and analyzes and compares various investment options with clients. Hardworking, diligent and positive, Andy uses his communication skills to enhance client relationships, provide a high level of client service, and support the team in helping clients actively pursue their investment goals. He holds the Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations. Andy earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Information and Analysis from Clarkson University. Andy and his wife, Sara, live in Fort Worth. He enjoys playing golf and softball, and spending time in New York State's Adirondack Mountains.

After earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hardin-Simmons University, Cheryl joined Merrill Lynch in 2011, with nine years of financial services industry experience. She provides efficient administrative support to the team, including processing trades and assisting with client reporting, serving as a friendly point of contact who gets the job done. Cheryl handles various administrative service aspects of 401(k)s and annuities, coordinates client events, assists clients with their day-to-day needs, schedules client appointments and helps the financial advisors prepare for reviews. Cheryl works to meet client needs in a timely manner, offering proactive service while keeping an open line of communication with clients regarding their accounts. She is licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in Texas and holds the Series 6, 7 and 66 FINRA registrations. Cheryl and her husband, Grant, live in Fort Worth with their two children.
