Josette C. Rathbun, CFP®

Josette has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She deals with retirement planning, asset management, alternative investments and diversifying concentrated positions of stock. Josette works with estate planning attorneys to provide guidance to clients as well as advice in charitable gifting.
Josette holds the CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards, Inc. and has an MBA with a concentration in Planning and Wealth Management.
Josette serves as a member of the Executive Committee for United Way of Central Indiana’s Women United Membership. She also is on the Board of Advisors for UNCF for the State of Indiana. Josette has served on the Foundation Board of St. Vincent’s hospital network. She has also served on the boards of directors for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and the International Violin Competition.
Josette works diligently to fit the appropriate financial strategies to each client. She believes in using proactive asset allocation models designed to attain positive returns while minimizing risk in her portfolios of global investments.
Christina L. Friedenson
Christina has been in financial services since March of 2005 when she began working at Merrill Lynch. During her nine years as a Client Associate she has consistently delivered quality service and receives high scores regularly from her clients. Her personal approach to meeting clients’ needs is an asset to the financial services our team offers. Christina and her husband, Doug, enjoy spending time with their four pets in their bungalow in Little Flower. She is an expert sewer and pattern-maker and actively volunteers her time on the near eastside and Fountain Square artist community. Christina is a 2010 Chicago Marathon finisher; loves to (fair-weather) commute into the office on her bicycle, and on nice days she rides around town with Doug on their vintage Honda motorbikes, enjoying the city and socializing.

Chris spent thirty years in the pharmaceutical industry before retiring in 2002. For the past twelfve years, he has been working with the Rathbun Group devoting most of his time to client service functions. He is also a CPA (Inactive) and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. In his current role, he does not provide any legal and/or tax advice. Outside the office, Chris is very active in his church including singing in the choir and participating in Music and Fine Arts functions.
